Bright red, natural acorn-fed Iberian chorizo is the result of excellent ingredients: a recipe perfected over generations, the best lean meat that the finest animals provide us with, and the infiltrations of fat that is only produced by Iberian pigs raised in freedom on pastures. We add the right amount of an exceptional paprika and cure it naturally so that it reaches all its splendour.
