As one of the main buyers of Ibérico Pork in Spain, Revisan Ibéricos, through Mr. Agustín Revilla Medina, will be directly represented on the newly created Ibérico Quartering Board.

Through dialogue amongst the largest animal producers and the largest buyers in the market, the aim of this board is to determine the official prices at the Salamanca Market for the quartering of Iberian Pigs.

In its constant search for excellence and quality, Revisan has again renewed the rigorous and exclusive IFS v.5 certification, shared with a very small number of companies in the industry. With its unique and independent audit, the certification body Bureau Veritas has found that Revisan, as in past years, sets the highest standards regarding food quality food.

This certification is also particularly relevant for its European customers, since these were the ones that prompted the creation of this important certification.

Revisan Ibéricos has been included in the framework list prepared by the Spanish health authorities, and which aims to facilitate the paperwork that businesses need when it comes to exporting to countries outside the European Union.
