The Regional Ministry of Agriculture, under the First Plan for Promotion and Marketing of the agrifood sector in Castilla y Leon 2008-2011 and in an effort to streamline initiatives for adaptation to the market and its demands for competitiveness, has developed the Land of Flavour guarantee mark aimed at distinguishing certain agrifood products on the market with distinct quality and that, produced, manufactured or processed in the region of Castilla y León, fulfil the conditions and meet the quality requirements specified in the Regulation of Use. Use of this mark certifies compliance with these quality requirements and enables consumers to identify them accurately.

Revisan Ibéricos is embracing this particular mark for the references Ham, Shoulder Ham and Loin, providing yet another level of guarantee for its customers and at the same time supporting its region, Castilla y León, contributing to its image inside and outside by providing them with excellent products that distinguish it as a true land of flavour.
