For a correct understanding of the world of Ibérico ham and the products that make up its extensive range, it is important for consumers to know their key features in order to achieve maximum enjoyment from these real gastronomic jewels.

CLASSES IN PRODUCTS  

According to their designation by the type of feed, there are three main distinct classes or qualities, of both animals and Ibérico products obtained:

  • Acorn fed Ibérico, "Ibéricos de Bellota".
  • Acorn and grain fed Ibérico, "Ibéricos de Recebo".
  • Grain fed Ibérico on field, "Ibéricos de Cebo de Campo".  
  • Grain fed Ibérico, "Ibéricos de Cebo".
